Greenwich under cloud

It was a wet, blustery end to the day at Greenwich. The sun tried, but couldn’t really break through those thick clouds.

The walk across the floating bridge felt about as close to harrowing as I get in my life - strong winds hit me as soon as I exited the protection of the forest trail and I had to really lean into them to get across the bridge.

At the top of the dune (on the footpath to the beach) the sand made good fun of whipping around my face and getting into my eyes and mouth. Mmm all natural sand.

No complaints about the view.
