I planted Comfrey in my garden a few years ago after purchasing some root stock from a place in Nova Scotia.
Its a vigorous grower but doesn't spread. Twice a year it produces a large supply of extra nutritious green matter to feed my compost with. While its growing it produces these beautiful little flower clusters which, unsurprisingly, pollinators (particularly bees) seem to love.
